Touchtone Corporation currently offers "hands-on" Wintouch Training at Touchtone's corporate headquarters. January 19 & 20, 2009 This training class is technically focused and assumes that attendees will have a working knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Word and Excel, and their own internal legacy applications. In addition to extensive coverage of the administrative tasks, Wintouch basics will also be covered. However, the focus of the class is on administrating Wintouch and "training the trainers" to become in-house experts on Wintouch. The purpose of Wintouch training is to provide users with a face-to-face, "hands-on" learning environment that promotes productivity gains from the full use of Wintouch software.
